Ricoh machines are everywhere in leased office environments, and lease changeovers are one of the most reliable sources of surplus toner we see. When a copier goes back, the cartridges bought for it rarely do.
Ricoh Cartridges We Buy
Ricoh part numbers usually start SP or MP followed by the machine series. The cartridge is generally labelled with the machines it fits.
| Part number | Type | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| SP 3500XA / 3510 | Mono toner | Common in workgroup mono printers |
| MP C3003 / C3503 set | Colour set | High-value colour sets |
| SP C360 series | Colour set | Full sets preferred |
| MP 2554 / 3054 / 3554 | Mono toner | Very common in leased copiers |
| SP 4510 / 4520 | Mono toner | High yield, strong demand |

Not on the list? We still want to hear from you. The list below covers what we see most often, not everything we buy — start a quote and type the part number in. If it isn't in our dropdown, the form lets you enter it as free text.
Have Ricoh cartridges to sell?
Send the part numbers, or just photos of the boxes. We'll price them and email you an offer.
Get My Offer →Condition Matters More Than the Model
A sealed Ricoh cartridge and an opened one of the same part number are worth very different amounts. We buy in three conditions:
- Factory sealed — shrink wrap intact, hologram present, box undamaged. This is where the money is.
- Sealed with box wear — still sealed, but dented, scuffed, dusty, or with a store label on it. Still very sellable.
- Open box, unused — the box was opened but the cartridge was never installed and the foil seal is untouched.
What we can't buy: anything installed in a printer, refilled, remanufactured, or third-party compatible. If a cartridge has printed a single page, it has no resale value to us.
How Selling Works
- Submit a quote — type in what you have, send photos and we'll identify them, or upload an inventory list.
- We price it by hand and email you an offer, usually within 48 hours.
- Accept, and we email a prepaid shipping label. You pay nothing to ship.
- Payment goes out within 24 hours of the carrier scanning your package — not after we receive it. Zelle, Venmo, PayPal or a check.
Why Not eBay or a Local Store?
You can usually squeeze more out of a single cartridge on eBay, if you're willing to photograph it, write a listing, answer questions, pay roughly 13% in fees, and handle returns. For one high-value cartridge, that can be worth it.
For a box of eight, or a closet left over from an office move, it stops making sense fast. We price the whole lot at once, cover shipping, and pay on scan. If a Ricoh lease has just ended at your site, check the supply cupboard before the cartridges get thrown out with the machine.
Frequently Asked Questions
Usually yes, if the cartridges were bought outright rather than supplied under the lease. Check your agreement, then send us the list.
No, those have no resale value. We buy sealed, unused toner cartridges.
Yes. A complete CMYK set is more useful to the next buyer than an odd single colour, and it's priced accordingly.
