Send a List, Not a Photo of Every Box
For anything over about twenty cartridges, a spreadsheet is far faster than working through a form. We need four columns: brand, model or part number, quantity, and condition. Anything else you want to add is welcome but optional.

Bulk lots are worth more per cartridge than single units, for an unglamorous reason: shipping is close to a fixed cost per carton. Twelve cartridges in one box cost far less per unit to move than one cartridge on its own, and that saving goes into the offer.
Mixed lots are completely normal. Almost nobody has forty identical cartridges. We price line by line, so a lot containing some high-value current models and some obsolete ones gets valued accurately rather than averaged down.
Shipping a Pallet
Under roughly ten cartons, we send prepaid parcel labels and you drop them at any carrier point. Above that it's usually cheaper to palletise, and we'll arrange a freight pickup from your loading dock or office.
Either way you don't pay for shipping. For pallets, it helps if you can tell us whether there's a dock, a lift gate, and what hours someone will be there — that's what determines which carrier we book.
Paperwork
We can work with a purchase order, provide a formal quote document for procurement, and invoice rather than pay by app if your finance team needs that. If you need an asset disposal record for compliance, ask and we'll provide one listing what was collected.
Payment
Payment goes out within 24 hours of the carrier scanning the shipment — not after it lands with us. For business lots, ACH or a company check is usually simplest; Zelle, Venmo and PayPal are all available for smaller amounts.
